Bathesda has a lot of big reveals and announcements on her E3 2016 press conference. Bathesda has has managed to get her fans excited by conforming that her the Arkane Studios is working on the next version of prey.
They also revealed the gameplay trailer of Dishonored 2 and announced a new Quake game.
Even with all this,the fans missed that during the press conference the announcement of The Elder Scrolls 6
A lot of fans expected the announcement of the game during the event because the image of Skyrim protagonist Dragonborn was featured in Bethesda's E3 promo images.
However, even the game wasn't announced in the press conference.Bethesda boss Todd Howard confirmed the game is in the way in his own special way.
Speaking to Geoff Keighley during a “Youtube Live at E3” interview, Howard let the cat out of the bag:
It’s good in these moments to tell our fans, ‘Yes, of course we are [making The Elder Scrolls 6]. It’s something we love.’ But it is–you know, I have to be careful what I say–it’s a very long way off.”He added, “I could sit here and explain the game to you, and you would say, ‘That sounds like you don’t even have the technology–how long is that going to take?”
Todd Howard also said they are developing two more projects which will be revealed before The Elder scrolls 6, which means that the game is far away from the release.
Vice President of PR and marketing of bathesda Pete Hines, tweeted that he jokes with Todd Howard that the release will be on 22/22/22.He also said that "our robot overlords will change our calendar system by the time it released".
This isn't a good news for the fans of the game,they will still have some other Elder Scrolls content to indulge in.Bethesda also announced that there is going to be a huge update in the The Elder scrolls online and The Elder scrolls: Legends will be released on PC and mobile.
On top of this,an improved version of The Elder scrolls 5:Skyrim called Skyrim: Special Edition is also out now for everyone to have fun and play.
